Terms & Conditions of Business


Referrals:
Acceptance of referrals (prospective candidates) submitted to you by Shell Personnel, constitutes your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Business.

Temporary Placement Costs:
Charges will be billed weekly, based on completion of timesheets that are authorised by the Client. All temporary service fees and charges are payable within seven (7) days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Should you wish to permanently appoint one of our temporary staff, a fee will be applicable. Fees vary depending on the length of time the Candidate has been employed with you. (Note: if the Candidate has worked full time for the Client for a considerable time, fees may be varied).

Permanent Placement Costs:
Trading terms for payment of fees for permanent staff are 14 days from Candidate’s commencement with you, and must be paid within this timeframe to honour the guarantee period supplied (where applicable).

Advertising Costs:
All classified and internet advertising costs are absorbed by Shell Personnel. Display advertising (additional cost to client) can be arranged and submitted by Shell Personnel to selected media on your behalf.

Liability:
Whilst Shell Personnel strives to provide our Clients with the most suitably qualified Candidate for the relevant organisation, we do not accept any liability for loss, damage, negligence, dishonesty or misconduct of any staff member introduced by Shell Personnel to our Client.
