GRANT HOBDEN - Managing Director / Executive Recruitment


Grant is the Managing Director of Shell Personnel and also handles executive recruitment. Grant’s background encompasses both Human Resources and Recruitment, having previously worked in positions such as European Human Resource Manager for ARCO Chemical based in the U.K, Human Resource Manager for both BTR Kennon and Cadbury Schweppes and in recruitment for Westaff. These credentials provided him with a diverse foundation on which to build a successful recruitment agency and the ability to provide quality service to both his clients and candidates.


TONY CALVARIO - Branch Manager


Senior Human Resources and Business Development Professional, change agent and partner to business; expert in driving strategic cultural change and consensus through sound corporate principles backed by vision and innovation. An energetic promoter of new ideas and initiatives, inspired by finding new ways, new methods and new avenues to deliver business goals. Combines unique blend of visionary leadership, entrepreneurial mindset and executive business development savvy with competencies to spearhead strategic planning, business expansion and execution of core staffing, operational, business development and administrative initiatives to drive overall HR, organisational and bottom-line financial performance.


ROLAND WEBER - Sales Manager


Roland has over 15 years of business development, sales and general management experience stretching across a number of industries including entertainment, shipping, architectural, engineering, information technology, construction and retail. With Roland’s extensive business experience his strength, which contributes directly to Shell Personnel’s philosophy is relationship building, and getting to know and understand each business, it’s culture and requirements, so that the right talent can be sourced and matched to the individual client. Roland’s vast network across a range of industry sectors give Shell Personnel access to some of the best talent not only in Australia, but also New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe. His native German skills also allow us to interview and place candidates for companies requiring German/English bi-lingual staff.

 
SARA CLEARY - Office Manager

Sara has been managing our business systems and administrative functions at Shell Personnel since 2003. She holds a Diploma in Office Practices as well as an industry qualification in Recruitment & Selection and a Certificate in OH&S Fundamentals.
Prior to joining Shell Personnel, Sara worked in both the professional recruitment and labour hire industries for over 15 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge in recruitment and administrative processes.

CARLI PIGNATELLI - Business Development Manager

Carli brings to Shell Personnel over 15 years experience in sales and new business development gained from a number of industry sectors, including the recruitment/labour hire industry. Her background includes positions in sales representation, direct sales and telephone sales, where she has achieved maximum results in the areas of generating new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and promotions. Carli’s role at Shell Personnel is that of new business developer, as well as a strong focus on existing client relations.

 
JESSICA RAMSAY - Recruitment Executive

Jessica comes to Shell with quite a diverse background in the Recruiting Industry, starting her career as a Branch Administrator at Horner Recruitment she quickly moved into a Recruiting role and over the next 2 years was involved in both White and Blue Collar Recruiting, Jessica then moved on to an Account Manager position for Ozstaff again recruiting White and Blue Collar positions. Jessica is an experienced end to end recruiter who prides herself on her ability to service her clients as well as her excellent candidate care.


ISADORA JARSKI - Recruitment Executive

Isadora is an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has been involved in all aspects of recruitment, client & candidate management, having joined us from another niche recruitment agency. Prior to this, she worked in a variety of administrative roles primarily in the banking & finance industries, providing her with sound experience in many of the roles we handle.


MICHELLE STEVENSON - Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Michelle is the friendly voice behind the phone and first point of contact at Shell Personnel. Michelle's previous experience ranges from administrative & customer focussed roles to sales support, account management and production management roles, and is now supporting our team using her extensive knowledge and skills.
