Our Recruitment Method
Our recruitment process, whether it be for a permanent or temporary staff member, is as follows:
- Face-to-face visit with the Client to obtain a job brief and provide pro-active assistance to determine
their exact needs
- Conduct a search of our extensive and up-to-date Candidate database for suitable matches
- If necessary, advertise the role using various media such as newspapers and internet job sites
- Telephone screen applicants to assess their suitability for the role
- In-depth interview conducted by one of our recruitment consultants
- Candidate skills are assessed using our on-site software testing facilities, ie. typing/data entry, computer packages, spelling etc.
- Verbal reference checks are conducted (minimum of 2)
- A short-list of Candidates is presented to the Client, including a copy of each Candidates resume, reference check report and results of skills assessment (permanent placements only)
- Interviews arranged between Client and Candidates (permanent placements only)
- Negotiation of offer with successful Candidate (permanent placements only)
- Confirmation of offer acceptance / contract arranged
- Respond to all unsuccessful applications once position is filled
- Regular follow-up throughout the guarantee period (for permanent placements) or for the length of assignment (for temporary placements), as well as providing post-placement support to both Client and Candidate, including counselling/advice if required.
Regular progress reports will be provided to the Client throughout the entire recruitment process, and Candidates are advised of developments in the role. We are happy to answer any queries or hear your thoughts at any time.
