Hiring Temporary Staff


In any business, a flexible workforce is a key ingredient of success. Shell Personnel provides top quality temporary and contract staff to meet Client’s needs. We endeavour to fill your position as quickly as possible. We ensure quality control of Candidates placed on assignment and offer our temporary staff performance awards.

Our Temporary employees understand their responsibilities as a representative of our agency, including what is expected of them whilst on assignment. Temps are required to sign our Terms & Conditions of Business and a Confidentiality Agreement before undertaking any assignment.

The performance of our Candidates is as important to us as it is to you, therefore in the event that you are unhappy with the performance of a Temporary employee (and advise us within 3 hours of the assignment commencing) we will replace them at no extra charge.


Fee Structure for Temporary Recruitment

Rates for temporary/contract staff vary depending on the position and degree of experience required by the Candidate. All rates are inclusive of tax, superannuation, WorkCover and payroll tax, and we pay the Candidate, so all you pay is one weekly invoice. Group Certificates are also issued by Shell Personnel. All accounts are net 7 days (unless otherwise arranged) and are subject to GST.
