Hiring Permanent Staff
Shell Personnel charges no up-front fees for our recruitment services, we undertake all advertising costs
and provide guarantee periods with all our permanent placements. We also provide after placement support
and advice to our Clients and Candidates at no extra charge.
Fee Structure for Permanent Placements:
There are two options in relation to fees payable for permanent placements, with all fees being tax deductible.
- Option 1:
Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the total salary package (starting salary + car allowance [if
applicable] + superannuation) plus GST. A guarantee period is provided with this placement.
- Option 2:
A flat fee plus GST, with no guarantee period provided on this placement.
Note: a minimum placement fee of $3,000 applies to part-time positions, or the equivalent percentage of
full-time salary package pro-rata (whichever is the greater).
Upon appointment of the successful Candidate, an account will be forwarded to you, and is payable within 14
days of the Candidate commencing with your organisation, in order to validate the guarantee period.
