Our Recruitment Method:
Our recruitment process, whether it be for a permanent or temporary staff member, is as follows:
- Face-to-face visit with the Client to obtain a job brief and provide pro-active assistance to determine their exact needs
- Conduct a search of our extensive and up-to-date Candidate database for suitable matches
- If necessary, advertise the role using various media such as newspapers and internet job sites
- Telephone screen applicants to assess their suitability for the role
- In-depth interview conducted by one of our recruitment consultants
- Candidate skills are assessed using our on-site software testing facilities, ie. typing/data entry, computer packages, spelling etc.
- Verbal reference checks are conducted (minimum of 2)
- A short-list of Candidates is presented to the Client, including a copy of each Candidates resume, reference check report and results of skills assessment (permanent placements only)
- Interviews arranged between Client and Candidates (permanent placements only)
- Negotiation of offer with successful Candidate (permanent placements only)
- Confirmation of offer acceptance / contract arranged
- Respond to all unsuccessful applications once position is filled
- Regular follow-up throughout the guarantee period (for permanent placements) or for the length of assignment (for temporary placements), as well as providing post-placement support to both Client and Candidate, including counselling/advice if required.
