Shell Personnel is a dynamic and motivated team of industry qualified
consultants and support staff who specialise in Recruitment and Human
Resources services. Since our establishment in 1992, we have grown in
both personnel and experience to be capable of providing a high level of
service to Clients and Candidates. The reason for our growth is simply
our commitment to our philosophy and not losing sight of the 'human'
aspect of human resources.
Our service philosophy is based upon understanding and meeting the
specific needs of our Clients and Candidates - a process that involves
